Recognition done well. Someone in this community showed up for another veteran — in DMs on a hard week, in a thread that mattered, at an event, in a quiet act of service. Tell us about it.

Before you nominate. Spotlights are story-driven (a paragraph, not a metric), consent-required (we ask the veteran by email before anything goes public, with an anonymity option), and non-ranked — one Spotlight per category per week, never "top three." This is how recognition deepens belonging instead of competing for it.
